Golden Investigation Services believes that a security company is only as good as it’s people. As a result, we strive to employ and retain only the highest qualified person(s) to be placed in positions of trust and responsibility. To meet our standards each prospective security officer undergoes a thorough pre-employment process. Our officers also go through annual CORI and background checks as well as driving record checks.
We also provide each security officer with the training they need, not only in basic security procedures but emergency procedures as well. In order to obtain that knowledge all security officers are trained in pre-assignment training specifically to meet your needs. Our training includes basic general security topics, site specific training to meet your needs and customer relations as well as emergency plans. All security officers are trained by a senior security administrator and each prospective security office must pass a competency test prior to being assigned to any site.
A senior security administrator or site supervisor will then be in charge of the security officer and give them hands on training. This will include begining of shift requirements, patrols, log books, security procedures, company paper work,post orders, emergency plans and contact list and any other information needed to perform the task. This training is documented, signed by the training officer and security officer and stored in the security officer’s personnel file.
One of Golden Investigation Services Management Team will be continuously, actively involved with your site. This management member will be there for to assure a smooth transition, participate in training and conduct unannounced random site inspections and respond to emergencies if so needed. This management member will be available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The site supervisor will review all logs and check that all patrols and checks are conducted. The site supervisor will also be responsible for unannounced site checks, ensure equipment is working and serviced, and all security officers are performing their duties as prescribed in the training and your desires.

Access Control
Know who is coming into your business and the reason why. We provide a customer friendly security officer who will know why someone is there and contact the correct representative to meet the guest.
Physical Security
We provide security officers who will patrol your business, residential property and check for any problems or concerns. The security officer will not only monitor who is present but also check for hazards, fire detection, water damage, emergency equipment. The security officer will document his patrols and write out logs and incident reports for any problems. These incident reports will be forwarded to the site supervisor and a representative of your company.
Patrol Services
We understand that you may not have the need or budget to furnish full time security professionals. We offer a patrol service where the security officer randomly checks your building an checks on key items as well as our general basic items. This will ensure you have someone to check on your property and possibly head off a problem before it becomes a major incident.
Event Security
We provide well trained officers in the field of event security. The cost of police details have sky rocketed. With our trained event staff we will provide security for any event and control access, monitor guest, remove unwanted persons, and create a non threatening presence to ensure your guest remain safe and have a great time.
Personal Protection
The security officers assigned to this area are highly trained in personal protection. Our security officers keep all information as to whom they are protecting as highly confidential information and is not discussed with anyone other then the top management team. The officers are trained in driving, personal protection, evacuation of key persons in the event of an emergency. We provide both armed and unarmed personal protection. Due to the nature of this type of security we will need to be provided with additional information in order to establish the proper security you VIP needs and requires.
Commercial and Residential Buildings
Golden Investigation Services provides an excellent security force for these areas. We combine all our security resources to provide a safe environment for you guest and employees. We believe in having a high but non threatening presence. We conduct tours of the building and note any incidents or potential incident or safety hazards to your proper representative. We provide both uniformed and plain cloth personnel.
Special Detail
Due to the current economic state we understand that some companies will have to lay off or terminate employees. While we would all like to think that nothing will happen to our employees when someone is let go, it is often not the case. We provide plain clothes and uniformed officer for this detail. These officers are sensitive to the employees felling and handle the situation with caring means. The officers will always be there to either escort the individual off premises, contact law enforcement, and protect your other staff.
